Our Health TechNet meeting on Friday March 20th was held at Teqcorner in McLean, VA and featured a lively discussion and demonstration on some of the latest new technologies and apps for patient care, monitoring and analysis.
Our primary speakers were Pete Celano of the Medstar Institute for Innovation, which is supporting new companies and entrepreneurialism in provider-based healthcare, and Douglas Goldstein, an “e-Futurist” who is keeping up with new trends he refers to as “nano-doctoring” and “drone care.” Both have spoken at Health TechNet on this subject in the past and are wonderfully informative and engaging speakers.
Also Andy Richman from Products Savvy Consulting, and several of his colleagues, spoke about the launch of a health tech accelerator they are collectively working on.
