Position Description / Responsibilities:
Phoebe Carson is a tenured executive that has founded or lead several start up and early stage technology-based companies. She has particular expertise as a hands-on leader that develops and delivers global business solutions for end-to-end high volume transaction systems, and extending operational and customer relationships through alliance management strategies. In the past ten years, she has worked with healthcare organizations at the community, state, tribal, national and federal levels, including acting as Interim CEO and COO for several healthcare technology businesses.
